From Exposition, select Set up tables > Exhibitor classes
Current Classes
Displays the exhibitor class codes used by all expositions.
Class
Enter a code for the class name.
Description
Enter a short description of the class.
Long Description
Enter a detailed description of the class.
To define exhibitor classes
1. From Exposition, select Set up
tables > Exhibitor classes to open the
Set
up exhibitor classes window.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a Class.
4. Enter a Description.
5. Enter a Long Description.
6. Click Save.
Note: If you define classes that do not map to customer types, override the M or NM that displays in the Class field on the Process booth orders window.
To map a customer type to an exhibitor class
1. Enter the customer type on both the Set up customer types and Set up exhibitor classes windows. If you do not enter this in both places, the new customer type does not show up on the Exposition Booth & Product Fees window.
2. Enable the Copy Membership Type to Exhibitor Class option (this class maps to the basic M = Member or NM = Non Member classes).
